Sustainable Site "Green" Consulting

BJM is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and maintains a strong focus to protect our nation's overall health, natural environment and quality of life through strategies such as smart growth, new urbanism and green building. We seek to promote "sustainability" by meeting the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Through continuous education and a desire to exceed the minimum guidelines for water quality and water use, BJM has the experience and knowledge for the implementation of Low Impact Development (LID). LID technology is an alternative comprehensive approach to stormwater management. It can be used to address a wide range of Wet Weather Flow (WWF) issues, including Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Stormwater Phase II permits, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) permits, Nonpoint Source Program goals and other water quality standards.

BJM is uniquely positioned to assist government and private entities in their support to promote sustainable development through projects, policies and operations. Going "Green" is no longer an abstract goal or marketing tool. Right now it is a must.
